In this role, you will:
- Partner with the product manager to support product (L3) delivery with an Agile, product, and modern-engineering mindset. They champion these mindsets to enable product areas to deliver customer-centric products.
- Support product manager and product team in connecting the activities needed to bring the product from ideation to market.
- Understand a release's leading and lagging indicators to partner with the team and provide active thought leadership focused on continuous improvement.
- Assisting the product manager with coordinating the delivery of committed outcomes of their product.
- Assisting the product manager with gaining transparency to risks, dependencies, and impediments within and outside the product.
- Partnering with the product team and transformation leadership to develop, lead and implement the communication and training strategies
- Contributing insights and information regarding outside impacts to the product manager in preparation for product (L3) ceremonies.
- Supporting delivery coordinators and actively partnering with them to enable product areas within the product.
- Partners with other delivery leads in other L3s
- Builds trust in product areas through beneficial relationships and collaboration
- Helps the product team move to sustainable state
- Provides thought leadership for improvements
- Assists in coordination of delivery of outcomes
- Assists in ensuring compliance and ECM/change management efforts
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience leading large planning efforts across multiple product teams.
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment
- Experience with L3 level routines (Big room planning, Reporting on OKR’s, Roadmap updates, release tracking, etc.)
- Experience leading large team calls, monthly product forums
- Experience with implementing standards and best practices
- nCINO product experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira.

Pay Range
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
