Your impact
As a vital member of our Pittsburgh team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on transportation projects that focus on bridge and other transportation structure design. Working alongside a team of technicians and engineers, you’ll be responsible for creating computer models, performing calculations of section properties and weight take-offs, preparation of calculations, etc.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Structural Engineering
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- EIT certificate
- One previous summer internship experience with AutoCAD and/or Microstation in transportation, water, and/or land development projects
- Previous bridge design and/or construction experience and basic knowledge of LRFD Bridge design code
