As a Talent Sourcer, your expertise in identifying passive candidates and crafting exceptional candidate experiences is not just crucial, it's highly valued. You’ll partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for technical roles across the Americas. Additionally, you’ll conduct market research on competitors and potential acquisition targets to inform talent acquisition strategies, build diverse talent pools and provide actionable insights.As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll be the owner of the end-to-end sourcing process. From understanding hiring requirements to delivering top-tier candidates, you'll be in control. You'll create impactful omnichannel strategies to attract diverse talent and master Boolean and keyword searches to find top candidates on online databases and social media. This ownership will empower you to make a significant impact on PayPal's talent acquisition.
