Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for 100% alignment to Customs Compliance process.
- Definition of inbound strategy with Regional Logistics Hub, Order Fulfillment and Fulfillment Center.
- Definition of Inbound Strategy with Key external Stakeholders, such us Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders, Por terminals and Fiscal Warehouses, and Inland Freight vendors.
- Import duties and E2E estimation and forecasting and reporting to Finance area to ensure cash flow availability to attend on time customs clearance.
- E2E Inbound Costs estimation per Season.
- Responsible for abnormal costs avoidance (customs penalties, demurrage, port terminal free store time)
- Reporting of Actuals Costs to Regional Finance Controller, explaining possible savings or deviations.
- Information and documentation availability to Treasury area to ensure on time foreign payments, regarding Central Bank regulations.
- SLA definition and fee negotiation with external stakeholders.
- Customs legislation changes analysis to ensure 100% application on Adidas process.
- Independent and successful execution of project with global transport
- Ensure 100% attendance to labelling and fiscal stamp processes for imported footwear, apparel and hardware goods.
- In charge of Customs Digital tools and Strategy to ensure lean and dynamic customs process (SIDOM/Power BI)
- Lead Time follow up to ensure on time Customs clearance of goods.
- Team Development and collaboration with cross-functional areas
- Support and motivate direct reports on Carrer Development
- In charge of keeping Feedback Culture within the team.
- Customs area targets definition.
- Responsible for Big Data / Data Analysis to provide Insights of interest to functional Business Areas
- MOA – AFIP server / SIDOM management.
