Qualifications

• Pick parts for work orders from the bill of material pick list to create kits.
• Identify and locate the correct products during the kitting process.
• Post transactions and update inventory in the SAP system.
• Open and close work orders, and receive materials into stock, verifying quantity accuracy.
• Label products and place them in the appropriate bins assigned in ERP.
• Perform and report daily cycle counts. Maintain an accurate account of on hand quantity, ensuring it matches bin locations.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, production, and other departments.
• Communicate purchasing requirements and track the availability of products in short supply.
• Work with internal departments to locate missing packages, correct incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products.
• Perform special assignments or projects as required.
• Prepare parts for shipment, including packaging and labeling.
• Handle returns by completing technical documentation and necessary communication.
• Conduct regular maintenance to keep material handling equipment in optimal condition.
• Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong ERP (SAP Preferred), Excel, Word and Outlook skills required
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities in fast paced environment.
• Position may require overtime, weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
• MRB experience preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years’ stock/ inventory experience preferably in a technical manufacturing environment.
