The Facilities Lead role is key in delivering the 'wow' factor to our colleagues and guests as and when they interact with you on the reception desk, as well as dealing with internal stakeholders, couriers, deliveries, queries via email, MS Teams and over the phone. You will assist with tasks related to facility management and appearance (meeting rooms, stock, contractors). The work environment can be fast paced at peak times, you will work with another colleague on the desk at the same time, or sometimes solo work depending on the level of business.The UK Facilities & Real Estate team role is office based and can support full time hours (40 hours/week) Monday until Friday. Physical activity is a daily part of this role, you will need to be able to lift (aligning with UK HSE guidance) bend, stoop, walk, climb stairs, and sometimes sit at reception for long periods.
