In this role, you will:
• Participate in low to moderately complex Wealth Underwriting initiatives in support of high-net-worth portfolio management;
identify opportunities for process improvement within scope of responsibilities
• Review, analyze, and evaluate borrower
•
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise of Wealth Underwriting functional area policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements
•
• Develop basic Securities Based Lending policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements for Wealth Investment Management Securities based lending products as needed understanding of Home Lending policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements for Wealth Investment Management client mortgages as needed
• Collaborate and consult with Wealth Underwriting peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Adhere to credit risk management decisions to ensure satisfactory credit portfolio risk examinations
