- Bachelor’s Degree in civil, chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering.
- Extensive years of experience in relevant water treatment and process engineering, including water, wastewater, and reuse systems
- Planning and design experience in water distribution system, including pipelines, pumps stations and storage tanks
- Planning and design experience in wastewater systems, including pipelines, pump station, and treatment plants and knowledgeable about water systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of drinking water supply, master planning, and treatment processes and technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure is desirable
