Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in a function with exposure to assurance activities and risk management.
4 years of experience in an assurance role within a financial technology company.
Preferred qualifications:
CPA, CIA, CISA or CAMS certifications.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Experience in assessing strategic, operational, technological, financial, legal, and regulatory risks.
Experience working with global compliance programs and managing assurance testing of varying complexity.
Understanding of a wide variety of compliance-related topics, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Safeguarding of consumer funds, Complaints handling, Refund operations, Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Regulatory Reporting.
