QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent financial services experience and related training
2. 7-10+ years of experience in channel management, sales performance, product management or related roles, preferably within banking or financial services.
3. 3-5+ years of leadership experience
4. Advanced data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
5. Strong knowledge of performance optimization strategies for branch, care center, virtual and/or digital channels, with a track record of success in driving results
6. Understanding of consumer and small business deposit products, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements.
7. Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
8. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results on time.
9. Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams, with a strong focus on fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field
2. Expertise with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or performance management systems.
3. Completion of a leadership development program or banking school
