- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 3 years of experience with enterprise contracting technology and processes, enterprise CLM or other legal technology implementations, including driving onboarding of a new technology or managing existing technology.
- Experience working within a legal department at an operating company, a legal technology company, or a law firm.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations at the executive level with stakeholders.
- Experience working with both technical (Product and Engineering) and business stakeholders and users.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to build trust, influence others, resolve conflicts, and foster and maintain key relationships over time.
- Ability to adapt communication style to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
