WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

1. BA/BFA/MA Preferred.

2. 5+ years of experience in a related 3D field or 2+ years of experience working with 3D digital workflow teams at Nike.

3. Highly proficient in non-destructive 3D material authoring using Substance Designer and familiarity in creating parametric materials using Substance Suite.

4. Highly proficient at high end look development and rendering, (Maya/Vray preferred).

5. Extensive portfolio demonstrating the ability to create and present high quality 3D assets, must include examples of substance designer node graphs, material close ups and product renders.

7. Catalyst to make connections with other Design groups. Collaborator with skill in connecting the dots

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Is that you? If so, you will work on a variety of projects, initiatives and product creation moments across segments of Nike sports and lifestyle. You will create and present assets that effectively communicate design intent to a variety of audiences. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and process support to Design, Development, Engineering, and Innovation teams. You will provide support for Design staff as needed to execute seasonal and product creation deliverables. Your goal is to aim for product excellence by partnering with key stakeholders cross-functionally on the product creations process, and help bring the vision for the future of Nike!

1. Work with the team to develop and maintain technical standards and best practices for 3D Material creation

2. Provide feedback to the team while working fast and iteratively on design assets.

3. Follow the concept design process and refer to Virtual Material Standards to ensure work is delivered properly.

4. Work will focus on current priority initiatives for inline work but can span across multiple partners concurrently. Work independently and make informed decisions.

5. You will continuously improve skills and stay current with new technologies and techniques in the 3D industry.
