In this position, you will use your expertise in operational processes and take a hands-on role in monitoring stock levels, manage 3PL vendors, and oversee shipments to ensure seamless RMA operations.
Your Knowledge & Skills
- BA/BSc in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Planner, Project Manager in Supply Chain, or RMA Specialist in a global organization.
- Proven experience in managing services for customers, including SLA adherence, response time management, and conducting event analyses followed by corrective actions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent service-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Team player with strong communication skills, self-motivation, fast learning ability, and a high sense of responsibility.
