This job serves as a sophisticated thought partner, using specialized expertise to identify issues and recommend best practices for building and maintaining key payment partnerships. This person will lead functional projects that drive business improvements, collaborate with internal teams to analyze business trends, and nurture relationships with external entities. This job focuses on monitoring partnership performance and suggesting enhancements to ensure effective execution of initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execute plans to build and maintain partnerships with key payment entities.
  • Build rapport with operational stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Manage contracts and agreements under senior guidance.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to roll out new partnership-driven initiatives.
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities.
  • Track regulatory updates and competitive developments that could impact partnerships.
  • Report progress on partnerships to senior leadership regularly.
  • Lead internal teams in resolving partnership-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Identify incremental opportunities for partnership expansion.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250
