Essential Responsibilities:
- Execute plans to build and maintain partnerships with key payment entities.

- Partner with product and marketing teams to roll out new partnership-driven initiatives.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities.

- Report progress on partnerships to senior leadership regularly.
- Lead internal teams in resolving partnership-related challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in credit and loan operations, underwriting, or related financial services
Demonstrated experience with partner onboarding processes and third-party risk management frameworks
Proven track record in process improvement, automation implementation, or operational streamlining initiatives
Strong relationship management skills with external partners, vendors, or clients
Experience with payment processing systems, fintech partnerships, or financial technology platforms
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret partnership performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
Experience with compliance requirements in financial services partnerships
