A proven track record of excellent training, facilitation and transition management skills
Experience in lean and/or agile thinking and challenging the status quo.
Strong communication and influencing skills in English.
End to end knowledge of Logistics and supply chain processes, data driven analysis as a plus.
An innate sense of who can score by networking and building partnerships
A forward-thinking mind set that enables the self-starter within to accomplish the goals
