WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
is a key partner to Distribution Operationsin the
Night & Weekend shifts, helping them understand their current performance against targets and strategic ambitions and building problem solving skills to enable them to meet and exceed these targets every day and for the long run. This role is part of our Supply Chain Operations (SCO) function focused on driving benefits of scale and promoting a common approach across the different geographies.
- Be open to work in thenight shift on weekdays(=main shift) and demonstrate some flexibility tohave monthly meaningful conversations with the NLS Coaches in the weekend shiftto focus on their performance and development (small team of 2 - 4 NLS coaches).
- Have proven experience in Supply Chain and/or Proficiency of Lean and continuous improvement principles, with knowledge of the Toyota Production System as a plus.
- Have strong formal / informal influencing skills.
- Experience with leadership, simplifying complexity, and situational awareness.
- Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguity.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
For this you will need to:
- Have focus on connecting dots end-to-end in Logistics and beyond our Supply Chain.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for NLS principles, tools, and techniques to drive a culture of operational excellence within the Supply Chain team.
- Pinpoint improvement areas and set priorities by creating insights on Distribution Center performance and processes.
- Utilize root cause analysis and lean process design principles to identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added activities across Logistics.
- Cross-functionally collaborate in the wider SCO NLS community across geographies to benchmark, teach others, and learn from others.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to drive alignment, foster collaboration, and ensure integrated execution of initiatives.
- Document, standardize, and enhance NLS tools and processes to ensure consistent application and effectiveness across the Supply Chain
