Broad understanding and experience including logistics, financial reporting, purchasing, and service business management.
Strong analytical skills – able to extract real insight from multiple data sources
Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence others
Detail oriented, able to connect the dots and communicate complex ideas effectively
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma
Flexibility to work on different time zones throughout the week connecting with North America, Europe and Asia colleagues.
Language proficiency – Fluent inEnglish(Read/write/speak),Chinese(Read/write/speak),Korean(Read/write/speak),Japanese(Read/write/speak)is a plus
Managing operations in multiple fields and sites experience is a plus
Education:
Industrial Engineering (Preferrable) or equivalent bachelor’s degree such as Logistics / Operation management / Business Administration
Experience:
4-7 years relevant work experience, preferably in the Semiconductor industry or consulting
