You must be excellent at balancing business needs and strategic thinking with hands-on technical depth.We're prioritizing the following experience:
- Experience implementing reinforcement learning for autonomous agent behavior- Knowledge of personalization systems, recommendation engines, or dynamic content generation

- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 7+ years in applied research, with 3+ years of people management experience
- Track record of leading successful research projects and delivering business impact
- Strong publication record in top-tier conferences/journals (CVPR, NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience managing technical teams in ML or AI
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts to various audiences

- Demonstrated experience in AI agent architecture design, including decision-making frameworks and behavioral modeling
- Knowledge of multi-modal AI systems
- Experience in professional software development
