Description
- Write code for Input Methods for various languages such as Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Tamil, Vietnamese, etc.- Design and develop Keyboard Layouts for over 100 languages.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
- Programming ability in a C-like dialect (Java, C, C++, Objective-C, Swift, etc.)
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures and coding standards
- Familiar with unit testing, with a strong focus on high-quality software
- Passion for language and for improving Apple’s products
- Experience in building iOS apps using and Apple’s UI frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with internationalization and Unicode
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $116,106 and $208,300 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
