Job Description

The role is of a Group Head, managing a team linked to processing of FX (Corporate and Interbank), Derivative and Collateral within GMO. Apart from overseeing daily processing, faclitate support to various projects linked to Derivatives/CollateralsFX products mandated by regulations. Knowledge of other Market products would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

* Ensuring smooth trade processing of FX, Derivatives and Collaterals without any lapses.
* Escalate exceptions in a timely manner.
* Manitain relationship with Clients/Counterparts and ensure prompt resolution to queries
* Ensure compliance to relevant regulations.
*Coach, mentor, provide feedback and hands-on career development of team members
*Develop rapport with Front office, external/internal audits, Technology and other stakeholders
* Participate in various process improvement initiatives/ projects as required
*Ability to drive process improvement
*Responsible for updating internal procedures
