Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy : Lead the product management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, global markets, operations) to define and execute the product strategy for the AI Assistant Platform.
- Roadmap & Execution : Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for new features and innovations. Define clear priorities, align with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Market & Competitive Analysis : Stay ahead of industry trends, AI advancements, and competitor offerings. Use data and insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of features, collaborating with design, data science, and other product teams to build a best-in-class product.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data and analytics to drive decisions, measure success, and optimize the platform for performance, experience, and scalability.
- Bias for Action : Have a testing and validation mindset with a drive to take action and learn based off data and discovery to drive the product and better-informed decision making.
- Stakeholder Management : Present product vision, strategy, and performance metrics to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Drive alignment across teams and departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application to real-world products, in particular assistants and LLMs.
- Experience in managing products and aligning product development with business objectives.
- Ability to identify product opportunities, define clear solutions, and drive execution in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Understanding of servicing channels, customer pain points, and customer service a plus.
- Payments, financial services, and e-commerce experience a plus.
