Job Requirements
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Strong people development and leadership skills, able to manage multiple extended and/or virtual teams
Demonstrated project leadership experience, with the ability to develop and lead projects end-to-end
Familiarity with the enterprise IT industry, particularly the storage market, products, and technologies
Experience in building trusted advisor relationships and influencing others, working effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Strong presence in front of senior executives, comfortable in both business and technical discussions
Intellectual curiosity and a passion for understanding the fundamental drivers of business success and competitive advantage
Proven ability to structure complex problems, develop clear hypotheses, and drive towards actionable recommendations
Education
8+ years total work experience with 3-4 years post-MBA working at a top management consulting firm or in a Strategy & Operations role in the high-tech industry
