In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage Corporate Security team activities in operational and security related incidents to minimize risk of criminal incidents against company, individuals, or customers
  • Ensure security policies and procedures are enforced to maintain staff and public safety, compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements within corporate security
  • Identify opportunities for security process improvement, policy and procedure enhancement, and risk control development in corporate security
  • Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to customers and colleagues, handle staffing requirements, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of Corporate Security management
  • Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and maintain knowledge of industry trends
  • Develop and maintain effective physical security program
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Corporate Security Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Security Management experience or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to identify and assess issues then make sound decisions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills


Job Expectations:

  • Manage day to day activities of staffing and productivity of a team. Also managing projects, delegation of work duties to ensure the team is meeting SLA for both customers and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload

Fast-paced environment, SES wears many hats and work with many internal and external partners. Self-starter, minimal supervision, maintain operations of the business. Manage day to day activities of staffing and productivity of a team. Also managing projects, delegation of work duties to ensure the team is meeting SLA for both customers and compliance regulations.
