We are looking for an Admin Assistant that will support Office Manager in making sure that our office is always well organised, pleasant, healthy and fun. You’ll be taking care of our workspace and employees in the broadest sense possible and ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis.
A day in the life
- Keeping the office tidy, organised and well stocked with kitchen supplies and stationery,
- Helping arrange and act as a point of contact for facilities maintenance, vendors and service providers,
- Performing receptionist duties such as taking care of visitors, mail, deliveries and running errands,
- Coordinating with internal IT department to make sure office equipment is working well,
- Managing supplies and processing invoices,
- Helping office manager in organising and executing internal and external company events, activities and perks for the employees,
- Helping office manager with travel orders and arrangements, as well as other ad hoc duties that might arise.
