• Ensure objectives are met for Group (HKG Gaap/SOP) related accounts as well as Local Statutory and Tax Books, ensure compliance

• Ensure all accounts are completed within timeframes given

• Liaise with auditors (internal and external) as well as advisors

• Maintaining group and local Chart of Accounts, performing reconciliations

• Ensure overall controlling and establish KPI

• In coordination with BU Controllers take responsibility for Controlling tasks and Budget of JE Niš

• Perform high level checks and liaise with OPS Controlling to ensure correctness and budget is prepared in accordance to guidelines

• Together with Finance team (Accounting/ Controlling) and IT fix and / or further develop and implement standard processes

• Work with Finance Team(Accounting/Controlling)and IT to harmonize structures in accounting, costing, planning and reporting

• Together with BU Controllers ensure changes in financial reporting as required by Corporate HK are integrated to financial tools

:

• VII degree of professional qualification in the field of Economics or related

• Relevant professional experience of preferably six to ten years in similar positions in industrial environment

• Proficient skills in leadership and managing Finance teams

• Familiarity with relevant Serbian laws and regulations as well as company rules and regulations

• Excellent Accounting skills in IFRS, Statutory and Management knowhow, strong in BS analysis

• Proficient English language skills spoken and written

• Advanced MS Office user (with emphasis on Excel)

• Experience in working with ERP systems, ideally Oracle

• Highly organized person with teamwork affinity and strong compliance focus
