Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance processes & projects
Program management: Lead recruiting initiatives from planning to strategic oversight, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders
Process management: Document and streamline workflows; identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to minimize operational friction for recruiters, candidates & hiring managers
Tools and technology: Collaborate with internal teams to refine recruiting tools, translating user needs into technical requirements
Systems and support:Serve as a subject matter expert in our recruiting tech stack
Your Expertise:
8+ years of experience working in recruiting or an aligned Center of Expertise (COE) function delivering world-class data and technology solutions in the HR and Talent domain
Strong understanding of the Talent data landscape and the functions and processes that produce this data, including existing challenges and best practices
Expertise in analyzing, interpreting and utilizing people-related data to drive recommendations
Ability to present to, influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders while managing expectations appropriately
Experience building next generation research and sourcing engines for talent acquisition
Experience providing technology enablement and market insights for Recruiting teams
Experience working with third-party systems and vendors within an HR or Recruiting context
