Global Engineering Services is the key largescale engineering, productivity,new growth initiative and process standardization enabler for HPS and outsideHPS. With the largest skilled engineering pool available to PAS, LSS, HCP andCyber and ready to expand to other GBEs, GES helps win GMPs and executes them,does design, engineer and execute all the other PAS, LSS, HCI and Cyberprojects based out of major engineering centers at India, China, Bucharest andUzbekistan, helps all the LOBs to carry out engineering and processstandardization to improve the engineering quality and productivity and alsosupports all the LOBs in supporting migrations and long-term service contracts. The Key performance Indicator (KPI) and Data Reconciliation Lead will beresponsible for design, lead and execute KPI monitoring solutions for process,Equipment and Energy and Yield Accounting solutions for the Refining, Oil andGas, Chemical, Power and Mining Industries KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Lead the technical delivery of the project right from design to closure.
•Create Design documents- FDS, DDS, test procedures and training manuals.
•Lead customer meetings including KOM, design workshops, trainings, andtesting.
•Track and manage progress as per schedule. Report progress to all stakeholderson regular basis.
•Design and build performance and analytical models for new equipment types.
•Design and build models for process scenarios.
•Manage customer expectation and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
•Plan the engineering activities and ensure progress as per plan.
•Address customer issues on time by escalating to the right internalstakeholders
•Follow the Company defined standard practices and methods YOU MUST HAVE •7-12 years’ experience in designing and implementing Key performance Indicatorand Data Reconciliation solutions for refining, petrochemical, mining, power,or other chemical industries
•Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Equipment, Energy, and processMonitoring KPI’s in the Refining and chemical process industries.
•Able to Identify, define and build KPI for equipment, process and Energyparameters for various process units and Departments.
•Knowledge of Refinery Operations, Refinery Configuration and business Processinvolved right from Crude purchase to Product Dispatch operations,
•Hands on experience in model building, Configuration and testing for Mass/Energy Balance using Honeywell Production Accounting andReconciliation/Production Balance or Belsim Vali or Aspen AORA
•Experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures
•Working experience of integration with other systems using OPC, OLEDB, ODBCand web services.
•Experience in implementing KPI and Yield Accounting solutions using VisualMESA, Honeywell Production Accounting and Reconciliation /Production Balance,Belsim Vali, Sigma fine etc, WE VALUE •Excellent leadership skills with focus on meeting customer commitments on timewith quality.
•Technical leadership and coaching to Engineers working in the project
•Support Project Manager on the commercial angle with focus on budget andchange order opportunities
•Strong problem-solving mentality with a will to deliver results
•Experience & proven ability in analyzing / solutions for complexprojects/issues
•Ability to work in fast-paced; dynamic environment with minimal supervision
•Ability to implement on-premises or cloud-based projects
•Manage customer expectation by understanding and appreciating the culturaldifferences
•Excellent presentation skills QUALIFICATIONS •BE/B.Tech/M. Tech in Chemical, Instrumentation or Computer ScienceEngineering.
TRAVEL:40 to 50% of time
