Global Engineering Services is the key largescale engineering, productivity, new growth initiative and process standardization enabler for HPS and outside HPS. With the largest skilled engineering pool available to PAS, LSS, HCP and Cyber and ready to expand to other GBEs, GES helps win GMPs and executes them, does design, engineer and execute all the other PAS, LSS, HCI and Cyber projects based out of major engineering centers at India, China, Bucharest and Uzbekistan, helps all the LOBs to carry out engineering and process standardization to improve the engineering quality and productivity and also supports all the LOBs in supporting migrations and long-term service contracts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will have a broad set of responsibilities encompassing the following: 1.Monitoring, and troubleshooting of process monitoring applications
2.Process critical parameter monitoring and safe plant operation, troubleshooting, P&ID review, implementation of management of change in the plant, carrying out hazop study, review of interlock logic diagram, equipment performance checking, Pre-commissioning and commissioning, Plant performance optimization and energy optimization 4.Perform QA/ QC actions as per technical specialist/ customer input
5.Implement process monitor, process digital twin, and other advisory applications
6. Create/ modify steady-state process models/ calculations in Unisim design.
7.Software Installation and configuration in VEP / Cloud environment
8.Configuration of Screens/reports in Customer Portal Tool
9.Troubleshooting of data connectivity in VEP/ Cloud environment
Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. (Chemical/ Petroleum/ Petrochemical Engg.)
Experience: 8+ years in refinery/ petrochemical/ chemicals operation/ tech services

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
