Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with Strategic Talent Management leaders to support divisional and functional talent initiatives.
- Lead or participate in special projects as assigned such as a development series or development focused day for employees.
- Partner to coordinate and facilitate monthly/ quarterly development sessions for leaders or employees.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging content for soft skill building. administering leadership assessments
- Facilitate team sessions (Insights), IDP, and employee or manager skill building sessions.
- Perform needs assessments to determine best approach for solutioning.
- Collect, curate and post on-demand development solutions and offerings.
- Collect feedback, update, and maintain talent management Share Points.
- Support and communicate the utilization of performance management tools and processes, as well as compensation and rewards programs.
- Establish and cultivate internal relationships with key stakeholders, such as HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations, to drive consistency and execute initiatives that support the business.
- Ensure HR services are delivered in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of related work an experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience at minimum.
- Experience in employee development and leadership development programs.
- Instructional and/or program design experience.
- At least 2 years facilitation experience; Insights certification a plus.
- Experience building engaging presentations, updating, and organizing data and content, and working with surveys and associated technology.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Windows applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to merge data, and create tables and graphs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact and communicate with employees and leaders.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to influence at all levels in the organization and success in working in a matrixed organization.
- Organizes and prioritizes own work. Ability to manage multiple projects and activities while delivering results.
- Works independently, only receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Higher Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- ICF Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) in good standing.
- Certification in assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, DiSC, 360 feedback).
- Facilitating programs for Fortune 500 companies, top consultancies, or learning institutes (e.g., Ken Blanchard, Korn Ferry, McKinsey Academy, CCL).
- Facilitating in both virtual and in-person environments for diverse, global audiences.
- 3+ years of professional coaching with successful engagements.
- Familiarity with virtual facilitation platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
- Experience facilitating content from leading leadership frameworks (e.g., Situational Leadership®, Emotional Intelligence, Growth Mindset, Crucial Conversations, Adaptive Leadership).
- Ability to flex facilitation style for various cultural norms and seniority levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, executive presence, and emotional intelligence.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% in the United States.
