Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience testing (A/B testuing), maintaining, and launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with data collection, data analysis utilizing SQL, and data processing.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, Machine Learning, and related frameworks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Ability to learn quickly on the job to execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
