What you'll do...
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you have...
- 4+ years working as a UX Writer or Content Designer with familiarity of UX writing principles and practices
- An understanding of user needs such as motivations and behaviors, with the ability to translate them into engaging and actionable UX copy
- A recognized, strong writing background that brings together brand voice and UX principles
- Experience in ad tech, tools for advertisers and/or ecommerce products
- The ability to synthesize information, taking the complex and making it simple
- The drive to produce great work in short timeframes and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business
- A self-starter mindset who is well organized and always looking to improve experiences for our partners

- Designing best-in-class content experiences with a focus on craft and synthesizing information
- Developing a deep understanding of challenges and value messages relevant to our ad partners
- Context shifting across different projects and adapting to changing priorities
- Communicating effectively with kindness and empathy
- Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional partners
- Staying up to date with the latest trends, in and out of retail and ad tech
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, UX Writing, Content Strategy or similar and at least 4+ years of experience writing for UX/UI and product design
- Experience participating in peer reviews and working within a crit culture
- A portfolio with UX case studies showcasing your craft, impact and collaborative process
- Excellent written and verbal communication

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
