KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take care of maintenance and servicing scope for contract site, with a focus on Building Management System (BMS)
- Validate customer request
- Educate customer and field technicians
- Write documentation used by field technicians
- Ensure Right and Fast Delivery
- Support Managers to delivers the management KPI and ensuring to deliver the Contract requirements and value to Honeywell clients
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education with significant relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Field Service and Maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS), and Controller Programming such as Air Handling Unit (AHU), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Chiller Programming.
- Experience in other domains of Building technologies (Fire Alarm, Security, HVAC, ACMV, etc.)
- Willingness to travel to customer's sites island wide.
- Being able to follow flexible work schedule and respond to ad-hoc requests.
