Data Analysis & Insights: Lead the execution of research and analysis to inform the Apple Music business, focusing on optimizing performance across key priorities. Analyze user engagement and retention metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distill data requirements and provide analytical support. Synthesize complex data into key components that drive informed decisions.Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations for optimizing content performance.Data Tool Development: Lead the development of data tools and solutions, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and translated into effective tools. Ensure training is provided to stakeholders, and a phased launch plan is established with clear success metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management in the music or entertainment industry.
  • 5+ years experience collaborating with data science, product, and engineering teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Experience using data systems and web-based data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) for data analysis, insights synthesis, and presentations.
  • Advanced skills with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of the music industry landscape, including trends, artists, and business models.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience creating data visualizations and presentations using Keynote.
  • Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services.
