Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Writing and publishing technical support and documentation using MS Office Suite, applicable tools, guidelines, and templates
• Collaborating with leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to enhance processes and develop documentation that supports clients. A strong work ethic and discipline will be expected to ensure team success.
• Supervisor instructs the employee on the purpose of the assignment and its scope, limitations, expected deadlines, and priorities.
• Organizing material and completing writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
• Reviewing published materials and recommending revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education).
• Advanced proficiency in desktop publishing software (MS Office i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Well organized, can manage processes, analyze information, problem solve and great at multi-tasking.
• Strong collaborator with demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
• Experience in understanding how business processes function and translating them into tangible deliverables for clients.
• Experience with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
• Able to travel to office location for Team Collaboration and Training
• Supports implementation
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
The physical and environmental demands required to perform the essential duties of this position include standing, walking, sitting, coordination, balance and agility demands, which may include the ability to stoop, kneel, squat, grasp, reach, perform repetitive hand movements. Additional demands may involve a specific level of dexterity, grip strength, climbing and cardiorespiratory demands. The work areas may be indoor, outdoor, have loud noise, active machinery, high pressure fluid systems, electrical equipment, confined spaces, heights and depths, fumes, air borne particles, noxious gases, and chemicals. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be mandatory in these areas to prevent hazardous contact.
