Your Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand client relationships within the Liechtenstein market, leveraging your business development skills and an established network of contacts.
  • Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities and competitive dynamic within the financial services sector in Liechtenstein.
  • Represent EY at industry events, conferences and forums to enhance out market presence and brand recognition/ awareness.
  • Develop and implement a strategic and long-term business plan for the region, aligning with EY’s overall vision and goals.
  • Manage financial- and team performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring the profitability and sustainability of the office.
  • Oversee the shaping, selling, and delivery of a wide range of projects, including:
  • Business and Digital Transformation initiatives that drive client success in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Compliance, Risk, and Tax projects that ensure our clients meet all regulatory requirements and optimize their operations.
  • Projects triggered by local Liechtenstein and EU regulations, ensuring that clients are well-prepared to navigate complex regulatory mandates.
  • Ensure the highest quality of service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering an entrepreneurial culture that encourages innovation and proactive business development practices.
  • Set clear goals and provide ongoing support, coaching and mentoring to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the broader Swiss FSO team in other offices to leverage synergies and share best practices.

  • Proven experience shaping, selling, and delivering projects, particularly in the areas of business and digital transformation, compliance, risk management, and taxation.

  • Deep understanding of local Liechtenstein and EU regulatory environments, with the ability to translate regulatory mandates into actional business strategies for clients.
