Manage investor outreach strategy and IR calendar as well as attend all investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, investor days, and field trips
Create and maintain investment thesis that articulates Pagaya’s story and value proposition
Manage and support quarterly earnings process, including the creation of materials (press release, earnings presentation), collaboration with internal departments, coordination, and logistics, communication post earnings with sell-side and buy-side
Keep existing and prospective investors knowledgeable about Pagaya via face-to-face meetings, individual or group calls, broker-sponsored conferences, presentations, press releases, and other written communications
Collaborate with relevant departments across Pagaya to keep up-to-date on business strategy and performance to inform external buy-side and sell-side communications
Ensure the Company adheres to disclosure and regulatory requirements of the SEC and Nasdaq
Provide senior management and the Board of Directors with feedback and insight from analysts and investors about their perceptions of the Company
Assist senior management in decision making by anticipating investment community reaction to potential strategic and business initiatives
Collaborate with the Communications, Legal and Compliance departments in creating internal and external messaging, ensuring communication is consistent and standardized, and in line with the Company’s disclosure policy
Maintain CRM system, cataloging and logging all information
Execute standardized reports to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
3-5+ years prior experience working in investor relations or equivalent (consulting/investment banking)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with evolving priorities while staying flexible and organized along the way
Excellent written, verbal, and graphical communications skills, enabling concise and simple communication of complex concepts
Superior analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills, including understanding of key business drivers
Honed interpersonal and networking skills and sales-oriented mindset is a plus
Adept at CRM management (familiarity with Irwin is a plus), with meticulous attention to detail as well as a methodical and data driven approach
Understanding of financial statements and public company reporting requirements
Some travel will be required
Compensation Range for New York Based Hires
$110,000 - $130,000 USD
