Hands-on Expertise: Demonstrable hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and migrating third-party solutions on Azure, GCP, or AWS, with a minimum of 5 years in cloud architecture and virtualization technologies. Experience in developing and executing cloud strategies and roadmaps. Awareness of industry best practices and the latest trends in cloud computing.

Aid partners to develop and implement high quality solutions and/or services leveraging Microsoft’s latest technologiesTechnical Leadership: Develop and maintain depth and breadth of technical and professional skills, along with business acumen and industry knowledge. Have expert level knowledge in at least one designated solution area: Infrastructure, Data & AI, Digital and App Innovation (Developer), Security, Modern Work (Microsoft 365 etc.), and Business Applications (Dynamics, Power Platform etc.). Have intermediate level knowledge or better in at least one other solution area and AI. Have at a minimum basic knowledge of all other solution areas as evidenced by training, certification, and hands-on experienceLeads virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges by sharing ideas, insights, and strategic, technical input with technical teams, internal communities across the field, and the larger virtual team across Microsoft using knowledge of Microsoft architectures and their context in the competitive landscape
