Job Description:

Your day-to-day

• Design, develop, and deploy a highly scalable and efficient ML platform software that enables data scientists to build, deploy,and monitor machinelearning solutions end-to-end

• Ensure high code quality, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing, code reviews, and post-production support; adhere to agile software development best practices; profile and fine-tune applications to identify system performance bottlenecks; Diagnose and resolve complex multi-threading issues;

• Effective communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and alignment driving skills; Convey complex messages crisply according to the audience.

• Mentor teammembers, provide technicalguidance, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuouslearning.

• Monitorand maintain criticalapplications, services, and products; Debug production issues across services adhering to the issue severity;

What do you need to bring-

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, or related disciplines

• Strong backend development skills including 3-5 years of experience developing scalable, performant backend software components.

• Proficient in Java EE technologies (Java language, Spring, Spring Boot, JAX-RS, Hibernate or equivalent); Proficiency in performance profiling and optimization techniques; Expertise in Java concurrency libraries

• Solid track record of delivering quality solutions that can scale and perform to the organization SLO

• Strong verbal and written communication, listening, interpersonal, and influencing skills;

• Strong debugging skills with knowledge of state-of-the-artmonitoring/instrumentationsystems like OpenTelemetry, DataDog, and APM systems

• A strong understanding of ML concepts, ML Ops tools, and techniques is a plus
