Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of sales experience in technology, advertising, media agency, or internet, and experience growing a market.
- Experience coaching and mentoring in a sales context. Experience creating plans to develop and maintain client relationships and accounts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising and/or media campaigns.
- Has led engagement for customers and partners in collaboration with cross functional teams.
- Experience managing business growth performance across several asian markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to drive results in a multinational matrixed organization.
- Ability to conduct necessary business communications in English professionally and fluently (written and spoken).
