This position provides manufacturing engineering ownership of integrated and tested assemblies for the project Kuiper satellite program. You will be supporting the production and testing of satellite assemblies.Key job responsibilities

Wednesday-Saturday
- Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner
- Support and manage daily production operations and eliminate blockers and/or part shortages- Provide design for manufacturability feedback and drive positive continuous change to hardware
- Work with process, quality, and design engineers to continuously improve manufacturing processesExport Control Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent
- 2+ year experience with integrating, testing and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems
- 1+ year experience with Computer Aided Design tools such as Solidworks or NX/Unigraphics
- - Related experience from internships or college organizations- Technical writing experience, including work instructions, standard operating procedures and/or test plans.
- - Experienced with various automated manufacturing processes, including assembly and test methods at component level, subsystem, and system level.
- - Experienced with handling and tracking systems for continuous material flow to manufacturing lines.
- - Familiar with QTP/ATP, functional testing, and/or environmental testing such as thermal, acoustic, or vibe.
- - Experience supporting both Development and Production programs
- - Formal training/certification in Operational Excellence Systems (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.) a plus.
- - Strong organizational, analytical, root cause analysis and problem solving skills.
- - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
