Cycle Counterfor our Switchboard area.In this role you will work and lead all cycle counting.

Shift Hours:

Hourly Rate: $28.18

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with area production associates to fulfill inventory needs
• Handles all cycle counting needs for all of Switchboards.
• Accurate inventory levels for high demand and problematicmaterials .
• Realize SAP transactions before, during and after the production process.
• Update reports and files required for the calculation of metrics / measurements of the area to include Inventory accuracies.
• Identifyand report any issueimpactingthe area production. Proactively approaches the points of contact for those departments and forges a working relationship to resolve them.
• Participate in production meetings asrequiredfor materials needs.
• Make sure 5S, 7 Wastes and other Lean principles are applied in the team / area.
• Empower team and actively takes part in the cleaning of equipment and work area to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.
• Access andutilizesdocuments using of computers, associated with the manufacture of products (e.g.Quality and Safety Documents, Operating Instructions, etc.)
• Perform other work as directed by Supervision.

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge on all operations in the area, material flow and SAP transactions
• Knowledge of Switchboard product and processes.
• Demonstrated multi-tasking skills inandynamic environment
• PIV experience a plus
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and/or work with little supervision
• Reach, grasp, lift 50lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
