· Researching target customers to understand customer priorities and key contacts
· Aligning with the regional AEs to execute the customer-specific proposal
· Reporting and analytics on the end-to-end process, including pipeline generatio
Key activities and responsibilities include:
· Align with regional Account Executives (AEs) to identify customer targets
· Research targeted customers to surface key initiatives, priorities, and executive decision-makers
· Leverage and tailor pricing proposals based on customer context
· Deliver completed proposals to sales teams for review and iterate based on feedback
· Track proposal outcomes and collect data to support KPI measurement
· Ensure high-volume, high-quality proposal generation in a fast-paced environment
Experience & Skills:
· Extensive experience (5+ years) in the Customer engagement/Marketing/CRM business
· Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
· Excellent written communication, technical writing experience is a plus
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Background in sales, marketing, business development, or consulting
· Experience in or familiarity with the Customer Experience software market (SAP CX, Salesforce, Microsoft CX, ServiceNow, Oracle CX, HubSpot, Commerce Tools, etc.)
· Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes
· Comfortable with fast execution, feedback loops, and working cross-functionall
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Fluency in English, any other language an asset.
· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required, MBA or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred.
