Job Description:

In this role, you will work to develop and support solutions for complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business challenges. You will partner with cross-functional and Sales leadership teams across various sales segments to develop and land solutions that meet their needs at scale. You are deeply curious and persistent in gaining knowledge about our products and go-to-market strategy.

In your day-to-day role, your responsibilities include:

  • Support sales forecasting, planning, and operations processes within the Global Markets Organization
  • Day to day visibility to leaders on pipeline & sales progress, gaps to plan
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the overall planning & operations-related efforts
  • Drive strategic projects into the execution phase, partnering with teams across the organization
  • Plan and execute the tactical elements of sales to develop best practices and continuously improve effectiveness: salesmodel/processes/methodologies,coverage model, territory design, lead generation management, departmental communications.
  • Lead or actively participate in projects and initiatives from start to finish with limited guidance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for market processes, requirements, and process improvement opportunities to both sales and revenue operations leadership
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

What do you need to bring

  • 5 years of strong consulting, Rev/Sales Ops, operations, strategic finance or strategy experience preferred
  • Self-sufficient, self-directed individual who understands the needs of direct and channel sales teams
  • History of hands-on, detail-oriented work Advanced skills in SFDC, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with working with cross-functional and remote teams
  • Very strong project management skills
  • Clear thinker with vision, with the ability to execute on priorities
  • Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
