Key responsibilities:• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs related to digital projects
• Work closely with other teams within OmniChannel Operations team to ensure KPIs and SLAs are being met
• Create project plans and coordinate work for all internal resources
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. number of tasks solved, hours invested in project etc.)
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:
• Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
• Documenting customer requests prior to handing them over to operational execution
• Meet regularly with other members of OmniChannel Operations team to discuss projects progress
• Generate progress reports to give to internal clients and higher-ups within the organization
• Work experience as a Junior Account Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager or similar role within Digital Marketing
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent English knowledge, both written and oral
• Knowledge of German, Spanish or French is a plus
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
