TheFoundry Design Automation Software Engineer

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Level Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related degrees in computer engineering, software development, software engineering or in a STEM related field of study with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with Data structures and algorithms
• Experience with C, C++ or C# programming

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active US Government Secret Level Clearance.
• Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related degrees in computer engineering, software development, software engineering or in a STEM related field of study with 1+ years of experience.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Scripting in TCL, Python, SKILL, VBScript, or Perl
  • Software design and architecture
  • Computational Geometry
  • STL and Boost libraries
  • Agile and Scrum practices
  • AI and ML fundamentals
  • EDA Tool knowledge in one or more tools such as CadenceIntegrity/Virtuoso/APD,Synopsys 3DIC Compiler/ ICV/Fusion Compiler, Siemens Innovator 3D/Xpedition.
