Manages and refines product backlog items to drive value in accordance with the business and /or stakeholder priorities
Engage with stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define capabilities and experiences that meet business and consumer needs.
Support the day to day operational needs of the product: Track and measure initiatives, Monitor product metrics, Monitor client / employee feedback, Provide guidance and support to production issues, etc.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
5+ years of relevant experience and/or hands-on product management/ownership or business analysis experience, technology consulting, or relevant transferrable skills
Agile project management experience, including use of agile project management tools
Ability to manage and execute product backlog.
Ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively (both verbal and written)
Well versed in both business and technology
Knowledge of payment and check cash/deposit products.
