Job Responsibilities
- Review current Supervisory policies, procedures, and governance across USPB and JPMWM for consistency.
- Review existing Supervisory monitoring tools (e.g., alerts, dashboards, etc.) to ensure appropriate risks are being identified, escalated, and remediated appropriately.
- Assist in the production of metrics/reporting to be presented to senior leadership and appropriate governance forums (e.g., Risk Committees).
- Effectively collaborate with cross-LOB control partners (e.g., compliance, controls management) to ensure oversight is not duplicative of existing reviews.
- Provide support to Team Lead on adhoc Risk Assessments.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience related to financial services, supervision, risk management, compliance and/or control management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess risk management practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
