Perform electro-mechanical assembly work and be able to work independently once a task is assigned

Work from complex and detailed manufacturing documentation, drawings, and/or verbal and written instructions and specialized fixtures/test equipment

Stay organized, interacting with multiple teams and working on multiple projects simultaneously

Make connections with other employees, works fluidly with the team to achieve great results

Conduct quality activities, including self-inspection, and inspection

Identify discrepant materials/components both in writing and verbally to supervisor

Complete tasks as directed by project schedules and within standard times and maintain a clean and orderly work area

High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail married with the ability to work quickly

Ability to lift 20-40 lbs. on a daily basis and to maintain a safe working environment

Ability to perform repetitious duties at times

Fluent in MS Office Suite

Experience with soldering, oscilloscopes, and other bench-testing equipment is a plus

Basic understanding of vehicle electrical systems is a plus
