What You’ll Do
  • Installs, modifies, commission or decommission Residential and Industrial products and test equipment up to 480VAC / 1000V DC including BESS, EV chargers, power supplies, transformers, solar panels etc
  • Build one off test equipment consisting of aluminum extrusions, HV bussing, contactors, and other related items following manuals, diagrams, blueprints, schematics and verbal or written instructions and directions
  • Build server racks consisting of both HV and LV complex wiring, rack mounted computers, power supplies and other components, DIN rail mount terminal blocks and elements, and other related items
  • Installs and maintains electrical panels, power distribution and electrical drops indoors or outdoors
  • Builds infrastructure using channel strut, conduit, overhead wire trays and electrical enclosures
  • Works closely with engineering, facilities and technicians to install equipment in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining and enforcing industry standard safety measures and best practices
  • Displays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics that reflects the mission, philosophy, and goals of the company
What You’ll Bring
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years of lab environment and electrical experience in industrial, commercial and/or residential setting
  • Efficient in sizing conductors, conduits and using NEC Code Book
  • Ability to produce parts lists and work plans based off drawings or lab walks
  • Ability to install electrical equipment and circuit modification
  • Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical prints, schematics and drawings
  • Knowledge in using hand tools, power tools, workshop tools, electrical meter, and testing equipment
  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety with the ability to thoroughly evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning with an emphasis on identifying electrical hazards and proper safety procedures (OSHA 10, OSHA 30 or NFPA70E certifications are highly desirable)
